Palm Beach County Disaster Awareness and Recovery Tool (PBC DART)

The Palm Beach County Disaster Awareness and Recovery Tool (PBC DART) provides residents with information and tools used to prepare for a disaster and with the ability to report damage to their home or business in the immediate aftermath of a disaster. Damage reports help disaster managers get an immediate Countywide "picture" within hours of a disaster event to help prioritize response efforts.Previous "Evacuation Zones" are now being referred to as "Planning Evacuation Zones". They will now be used for planning purposes only. During an emergency, areas to be evacuated will be determined on the fly by emergency management officials, and they will appear under the "Evacuation Zones" section on the app. This section will continue to be used to determine whether or not your current position (or any other address entered) is under evacuation orders.

Works Great !

Doesn't work out of area. Try to enter address of my elderly father because I live in a different state but the app freezes on that screen. Never have been able to type in a single thing on that screen and then I have to force close the app. I have tried this with the Samsung Galaxy S8 active and now the Samsung Galaxy S20 FE. Too bad, this would be so helpful in arranging care as he is a disabled vet with special needs 24/7.

Outstanding app for any Floridian, eager to learn what to do before and after a tropical storm or hurricane. Simple to navigate and use, with lists of open shelters, evacuation zones, and much more! Definitely a necessary app for hurricane season if you live on the Treasure Coast.

Great up-grade. Please advise of shelters that will accept me and my dog. I'm not going anywhere without Calvin. Since I don't drive and don't have a car, I'll be doing my evacuation by foot.

This app is great for emergencies, I used it when hurricane Michael was coming around and I don't regret nothing, it told me about evac areas, available shelters, what to pack, and what to do in case God forbid something bad happened.

The font is WAY too small. Any way to make this readable?
